Dear Warren:

Great Event! I had heard good things about your team coming into my new position, and you didn’t disappoint. I didn’t know what to expect but the trip was truly impressive.

Specifically, the parade blew the Retailers away… what a great way to start the trip by providing our Retailers a VERY unique experience. The gifts, The Ritz, the suite on Bourbon Street, the suites in the Superdome, and the personal dinner with George Raveling were all exceptional.

I would like to take a moment to discuss the ground transportation issue on our last evening in New Orleans. It is important to note for two reasons: First, it was the only thing that kept the event from being a perfect 10, and secondly it provided me the opportunity to assess you and your company’s skills in managing unforeseen mishaps.

The transportation provider was a third party organization and somewhat outside Pinnacle’s control, however you were noticeably disappointed by their inability to find the restaurant. You didn’t make excuses, you got everybody back on track and we finished a great event on a high note.

I truly appreciate your desire for perfection. However, every now and then, despite all the effort dedicated to planning and double-checking, something can potentially go awry. The pertinent question is how one manages these situations when they arise. On this particular occasion, you handled it like a consummate professional and instilled in me the confidence I need in hiring Pinnacle for future programs.

Congratulations to everyone at The Pinnacle Experience on a job well done.
We look forward to many more events down the line!
