Dear Warren:

Thank you very much for producing our DreamWorks Event... it was, as they say, a mega hit!

When we began to plan this Event, my hope was that it would exceed the expectations of our guests from DreamWorks. The golf at Whisper Rock with Gary McCord was a treat, the accommodations and “Closing Dinner” at T’Cook’s were exceptional (good choice) and the Spa arrangements went smoothly.

Cindy Rosenthal (my assistant) asked me upon my return how things went, I told her you had thought of everything. She may have shared with you that I rarely am completely satisfied... BUT, I was in fact impressed!

Congratulations to you and your staff at Pinnacle (a special tip of the hat to Rose Carlson) on differentiating yourselves with detail, knowledge and professional service. We look forward to utilizing Pinnacle in the future!
