Dear Warren:
Just a quick note to thank you for all the work you and
your staff put into making The 2007 Land Rover Ultimate
Golf Experience a success. This is our 27th (WOW!) event
with you and each one was of the highest caliber.
As we have discussed on many occasions, Land Rover is
a luxury brand and we must deliver that type of product
to our retailers. I sincerely appreciate that you have
never taken our business for granted. You are genuinely
passionate about your business and it shows through the
quality of service you provide. This is a rare quality
these days. You are very fortunate to have Rose and Mark
on your staff who also embrace the same qualities. Both
of them are tremendous assets for you.
Enclosed please find the compiled results of our Customer
Service Surveys we sent out to the guests following the
Event. As you can see, your staff received extremely high
marks. In the 19 years I've been attending incentive programs
in the auto industry, these are the highest scores I've
seen.
Congratulations to everyone at Pinnacle on a job well
